Q: Your data sheet and warning pages recommend charge the polymer battery between 0 degC and 40 degC. What sort of effects will we expect to see if we charge the battery in ambient conditions near or above 40 degC with little to no air movement? Will this affect performance only or are we at a high risk of swelling or possible venting?

A: This means under these temperature the cell is guaranteed to work or charge w/o problem. If you charge at higher temperature, it could cause the cell to swollen and damage the cell.
